Small Group Training at Exodus is focused on the individualized approach in a group setting. We strive to meet the overall goal of the class while addressing each students particular needs. Our classes are organized like school. They are designed from the goal of the class and a curriculum is developed that allows the students to progress logically and safely to the next level. The students can advance at their own pace or stay at the same level until they are ready for the next phase. We build our training from the base phase, working on core strength/stability and overall stamina, to the strength phase, to the power phase and then at the peak is power endurance. We believe that "the wider your base, the higher your peak" so we continue to develop each phase of fitness in each class with each student. An initial consultation and evaluation is recommended to develop a personal plan for you to meet your goals.
