Small Group Training at Exodus is focused on the individualized approach in a group setting. We strive to meet the overall goal of the workout while addressing each clients particular needs. Our workout programs run in 8 week cylces and are specifically designed and developed to meet the goal of the training group and allow the clients to progress logically and safely to the next level. We have 4 phases of programming for our small group training:
1. Core Strength. Stability. Moblilty
2. Cardiovascular Stamina and Muscular Endurance
3. Muscular Strength and Power
4. Power Endurance
We believe that "the wider your base, the higher your peak" so we continue to develop each phase of fitness in each session with each client. An initial consultation and evaluation is recommended to develop a personal plan for you to meet your goals.
