GET BACK TO BASICS: FALL 2014
This Fall we are offering you something different and special to give you the flexibility of time, efficiency of money and effectiveness of your workout. We are offering you hours at Exodus where you can come in and have the personalization of a private session with the comraderie of others. During Small Group Training Hours, you can come in and have the trainer on staff guide you through the prescribed workout to suit your fitness level and training goals. New sessions will be running on the half hour. There should be no excuse....we have the workout for you at the time you need at an affordable price. Different Programs Include: Core and Functional Training, Mobility and Flexibility, Strength and Metabolic Conditioning, Power and Power Endurance.
Small Group Training Hours:
Monday: 8:30am to 12:30 4:30 to 6:30pm
Tuesday: 5:00am to 11am
Wednesday: 8:30am to 12:30pm 4:30 to 6:30pm
Thursday: 5:00am to 11:00am
Saturday: 7am to 9am
*same fee structure as group classes.
*if you are a new to Exodus you will need an evaluation before beginning your program.
*we ask that you kindly reserve your small group training schedule to ensure enough space and to ensure the time is available.
