Small Group Training. Join in on our 8-week, progressively and individually designed programs to challenge and gradually advance a specific fitness skill or goal. Enjoy more individualized instruction and the supportive comradery of a team in our boutique fitness studio. These classes are a great option for those looking to blend the positive attributes of both Personal Training and Group Fitness while experiencing more flexibility in schedule, a more specialized/high quality workout at an affordable cost.

  • The 8-week programs run from Monday, September 21 through Friday, November 14th.  
  • Please sign up for a particular program by September 21st so we can assign you a Program Coach and create a plan for you to meet your personal goals. 
We strongly Encourage New and Current Clients to Schedule an Evaluation the week of 9/14 to evaluate your current fitness, identify personal goals and develop your fitness plan for Fall 2015
