NEW SPRING CLASSES!
SHRED: This group led, calorie burning, high intensity, interval training class is designed to target all muscle groups and shred your body. Alternating between top notch cardio exercises and weight training, you will increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast paced environment. Workouts can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
TURBO BARRE FUSION: This results oriented low impact workout focuses on core strength, flexibility, and high energy fun. With a combo of dance inspired exercises, pilates based core work and yoga style stretching, you will tone and shape your body head to toe and feel great .
KETTLE ROPE BURN: A cirucit of strength and cardio training using kettlebells, battleropes and jump ropes and good old fashioned weights. Designed to build strength, stamina, agility, coordination and athletic ability.
PEAK PERFORMANCE: If you are an athlete (or everyday athlete) looking to maximize your potential, this class will get you in tip top shape using sleds, battle ropes, kettlebells, agility ladders, resisted speed training and strength conditioning. For those training for the STAND UP FOR SEALS....this class is for YOU!
RECHARGE: To reach your maximum potential you have to revitalize and recharge the body. This class combines myofascial massage, range of motion stretches, stability training and deep breathing strategies to energize and reset the body for its highest performance. This class will benefit anybody looking for balance, restoration and recovery into their workout routine.
EAT HEALTHY * BE ACTIVE COMMUNITY WORKSHIP: This 6 week series is designed to educate and motivate our community to be active, healthy and happy through exercise, nutrition and positive living. The information is suitable for all ages and everybody is welcome. Mondays 5-6pm beginning May 4th.
